2024-2025 Barclay-Giel Seed Grants

We welcome your application for the 2024-2025 Barclay-Giel Seed Grant program administered by the PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation for the Advancement of Public Health (COF). The application will be open from September 17, 2024 at 8:00 am ET through November 12, 2024, at 8 pm ET. Grant awards are expected to be announced in February 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. These grants are made possible by the bequest of CAPT Martha Barclay-Giel, a Commissioned Officer of the U.S. Public Health Service. The purpose of the grant program is to stimulate the advancement of community-based public health programs. Information about the COF is available online at www.phscof.org.
